Meet Alyssa

Alyssa is the heart and founder of Sunflow Aerials & Flow Arts. Movement has been part of her life since childhood — dancing, tumbling, and trying almost every sport she could. With a background in gymnastics, dance and cheerleading, she always loved learning new skills and challenging herself.

As an adult, she discovered circus, fire dancing and pole — and instantly fell in love. What began as passion grew into a lifestyle and career. She has trained across Australia and internationally, blending aerial, flow and fire arts into her unique style.

Alyssa has performed for four years at festivals and large-scale events across Australia, as well as Burning Man in the USA.

Her teaching style is uplifting, supportive and creativity-driven. Her mission is simple: to help every student feel strong, confident and inspired.
